Product Manager Assistant (Fragrance)

TL;DR

Product Manager Assistant (Fragrance): Participating in the development of new fragrance launches and supporting the global marketing team for Swarovski. Focus on conceptualization, storytelling, market analysis, and project coordination across internal and external teams to ensure successful future launches.

Location: Onsite in Paris, France. This is a 6-month internship, starting July 2026.

What you will do

• Participate in the development of new product launches, including preparation and follow-up of briefs with design agencies and mock-up suppliers.
• Coordinate operational projects with internal teams (R&D, digital, retail, supply chain) and external providers (suppliers, agencies).
• Elaborate 360° approach elements, including conceptualization work, storytelling, product positioning, sampling, communication, merchandising, and training.
• Analyze the market and trends, monitoring new launches and fragrance/beauty innovations to build long-term strategies.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative competition analysis.
• Support the team in day-to-day management, including organizing meetings, presentations, and international seminars.

Requirements

• Currently studying for a Master’s degree.
• Beauty-enthusiast, innovative, and rigorous.
• Motivated team player, willing to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
• Excellent organizational skills to drive multiple projects with agility.
• Critical thinking with a strong force of proposition and creativity.
• Fluent in English & French, with excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
