What you will do

• Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap for the discovery and search experience aligned with business goals.
• Prioritize features based on customer feedback, market research, and data analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Continuously improve user experience and conversion rates through usability testing and feedback.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to leverage datasets and machine learning for personalization and ranking.
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance to inform product decisions and optimizations.
• Conduct competitive analysis and communicate product plans to stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as Product Manager or equivalent role
• Experience working with data science teams and in e-commerce or marketplace environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
