What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for the discovery process.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and data analysis.
• Continuously improve the usability, efficiency, and effectiveness of the search and discovery flow.
• Collaborate with data science, data analytics, and engineering teams to leverage data and machine learning.
• Establish KPIs to measure the success of the search experience and report on the effectiveness of changes.
• Communicate product plans, progress, and priorities to stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent role.
• Previous experience working with Data Science teams ideally.
• Previous experience working at an e-commerce company or marketplace.
• Proficiency in analyzing data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• French & English proficiency
