What you will do

• Create and integrate detailed, high-quality textures and materials for realistic game assets, adhering to artistic direction.
• Follow specific texture pipelines to produce all required game textures (normal maps, specular, diffuse, etc.).
• Collaborate with 3D model artists, technical artists, and lighting artists to enhance visual quality.
• Optimize texture usage for performance efficiency without compromising quality.
• Assist in developing and refining texture workflows and documentation.

Requirements

• Proficiency in texture creation workflows using Substance Painter and Substance Designer.
• Strong understanding of UV layout, material creation, and texture rendering.
• Experience in defining and establishing texture benchmarks and pipelines for different asset categories.
• Mastery of PBR workflows, including high-poly sculpting, low-poly UV unwrapping, baking, and texturing.
• Familiarity with essential software such as Photoshop, 3ds Max, Maya, and ZBrush.
• Strong artistic sensibility, attention to detail, and knowledge of composition, value, and color theory.
• English: B2 required.
