What you will do

• Build, scale and maintain critical features of the Agentforce platform.
• Translate customer requirements to flexible platform capabilities.
• Participate in Software Design and Architecture discussions.
• Drive the execution and delivery of features by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Develop test strategies and design automation frameworks.
• Lead and mentor junior members of the team.

Requirements

• A related technical degree required.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience building, scaling and maintaining large scale, complex distributed systems in the B2B (or B2C) SaaS space that scale for millions of users.
• In-depth working knowledge of python.
• Solid experience in developing/maintaining large scale microservices using public cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or hirify.global.
• Experience in REST based API development, API lifecycle management and/or client SDKs development.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, pair programming, continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD).

Nice to have

• Experience with ASR, TTS, Streaming, and Voice Technologies.
• Exposure to AI technologies such as Machine Learning and Deep Learning from a data engineering perspective.
• Experience using Analytics and Monitoring tools such as Splunk.
• Some Salesforce platform/ecosystem/implementation knowledge (either as a developer or as admin).
