What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor, framing business challenges into actionable AI and data architectures.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI systems, including data flows, RAG pipelines, and real-time inference services.
• Lead pre-sales, shaping proposals and articulating the value of AI-driven digital products.
• Oversee the delivery of AI applications, such as LLMs and Generative AI, with high architectural quality.
• Contribute to thought leadership by tracking emerging AI technologies and architectural patterns.
• Collaborate cross-disciplinary with UX, Product, Strategy, and Engineering teams from discovery to deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data, AI, cloud, or technology consulting.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud-native AI solutions on Azure (Azure AI Studio, Azure OpenAI, AKS) or AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, EKS) or GCP.
• Proven experience architecting and building production-grade customer-facing AI applications.
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures (event-driven pipelines, data lakes, real-time processing, API-first architectures).
• Leadership experience guiding in-house or external teams of engineers or data/ML practitioners.
• Ability to define and execute AI strategies from discovery through delivery.
• English: B2+ fluency required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields.
• Experience driving pre-sales conversations and scoping AI initiatives.
• Knowledge of modern frameworks for web (React, Vue, Angular) or mobile (React Native, Flutter, Swift/Kotlin) development.
• Comfort operating across strategy and engineering.
