Location: Onsite in Riga, Latvia
Salary: Hourly rate from 8.28 EUR/h gross (1.5x paid during the night shifts and 2x the national holidays shifts)

What you will do
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone and email.
- Find applicable solutions to daily client issues.
- Take care of customer inquiries within shift work.
- Ensure monitoring and escalation of services by informing the IT Support team and corporate clients.
Requirements
- Excellent Latvian and English skills, good knowledge of Russian.
- Experience in customer support is preferred.
- Ability to work full-time (approximately 160 hours per month).
- Ability to work night shifts (at least 4-5 nights per month).
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Desire to learn new things and constantly develop as a professional.
