What you will do
- Lead responses to creative briefs, assessing clarity, ambition, and feasibility from brainstorm to delivery.
- Prioritise work that is culturally relevant, creatively brave, and commercially effective for revenue generation.
- Pitch compelling creative visions, building persuasive narratives around impact, value, and purpose.
- Advise and implement effective OOH campaigns, strengthening hirify.global’s reputation for Outdoor creativity.
- Lead creative workshops and ideation sessions with agencies and clients.
- Identify opportunities that unlock new revenue streams and incremental growth through commercially informed creativity.
- Represent Creative Outdoor internally and externally, mentoring and elevating the creative team.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience as a Creative Director or Art Director/Designer in a Creative Agency.
- Passion for Out of Home advertising and ideas that live in the real world.
- Extensive experience designing OOH creative across multiple formats (large-scale, digital, static, special builds).
- Outstanding visual and verbal storytelling skills.
- Experience building and pitching creative strategy for brands.
- Strong leadership qualities, able to motivate teams and elevate work with clear, constructive feedback.
