What you will do

• Own and deliver complete UX for new features and player experiences, turning goals and ideas into fully developed designs.
• Build deep knowledge of the game and its social dynamics to ground design decisions in player perspectives.
• Visualize ideas through sketches, wireframes, user flows, and interactive UX prototypes.
• Identify weak points, gaps in thinking, and opportunities to strengthen solutions with critical design thinking.
• Work closely with product teams and artists, staying aligned and proactively sharing work.
• Leverage feedback, data, and insights to refine designs and make intentional improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience specializing in Game UX development, with a track record of delivering features from concept to implementation.
• Strong ability to connect design decisions to intended experience goals and product outcomes.
• Confidence in navigating ambiguity, identifying next steps, and taking initiative.
• A solutions-oriented mindset with thoughtful, creative problem-solving.
• Strong understanding of game development norms, pipelines, and technical constraints.
• Genuine passion for playing and making games, fueling player-centered design.
