hirify.global is responsible for managing the front door (API management system) for its online products, driving quality service and enabling self-service for users.

What you will do

• Scale systems and increase their reliability in a diverse environment.
• Support navigation tooling in the world.
• Design and implement new and existing systems to enhance reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Ensure mission-critical systems achieve 99.9+% availability and reliability.
• Participate in Incident Management and improve Mean Time To Recovery (TTR).

Requirements

• Experience in cloud-native infrastructure, including Kubernetes on public cloud platforms (AKS and/or EKS).
• Familiarity with at least one public cloud platform, preferably Azure or AWS.
• Proficiency in one programming language and strong architecture skills.
• Experience with CI/CD technologies, GitOps practices, and infrastructure automation (infrastructure as code).
• Experience with SRE best practices, observability, incident management, and SLIs.
• Good understanding of Unix/Linux systems and internals.
• Must be able to work onsite in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Experience in infrastructure-related languages such as Golang and Python.
• Familiarity with serverless technologies.
• Knowledge of software architecture fundamentals.
