What you will do

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Pega solutions.
• Define scalable and reusable application structures and components.
• Optimize performance, maintain security settings, and ensure guardrail compliance.
• Mentor junior team members and guide best practices.
• Collaborate closely with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline setup, deployment preparation, and technical quality assurance.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on Pega development experience.
• Pega CSA + CSSA certifications (CLSA preferred).
• Deep expertise in Pega rule types, integrations, APIs, and system architecture.
• Strong understanding of performance tuning and solution design.
• Proven experience mentoring developers and guiding technical decisions.
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English, German is a plus.
