TL;DR
Pega System Architect (SA/SSA): Designing, building, and configuring Pega application components for solutions with an accent on case types, UI components, data objects, and integrations. Focus on implementing business rules, following guardrail best practices, and collaborating within Agile Scrum teams.
Location: Hybrid (Bratislava, Slovakia), with home office possibility.
Salary: €2,500 gross per month (minimum).

What you will do
- Design, build, and configure Pega application components according to solution requirements.
- Develop case types, processes, UI components, data objects, and integrations using Pega App Studio and Dev Studio.
- Implement business rules, data pages, and connectors while adhering to guardrail best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, and developers within the Scrum team.
- Contribute to refinement, estimation, and Sprint delivery activities.
- Document technical solutions and improve development standards through code reviews.
Requirements
- Solid hands-on experience with Pega application development (SA or SSA level).
- Good understanding of Pega rule types, case management, data modeling, and integrations.
- Ability to deliver scalable, maintainable, and guardrail-compliant solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable collaborating in Agile teams and communicating with stakeholders.
- Ownership-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- English: C1+ (fluent) required. German is a plus.
