Business Process Owner (iGaming): Driving compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all business areas and locations with an accent on understanding processes, identifying bottlenecks, and designing best practices. Focus on collaborating with stakeholders, tracking KPIs, and ensuring seamless operations while minimizing disruption for customers and the business.
Location: Onsite in St Julian’s, Malta. Relocation support is provided to make your move to Malta as smooth as possible.

What you will do
- Take full ownership of assigned processes, building a deep understanding of their purpose, steps, and stakeholders.
- Spot bottlenecks and uncover opportunities to make processes faster, smarter, and more effective.
- Design and document detailed process maps that set the benchmark for best practice.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and business functions to align requirements and ensure smooth implementation.
- Track key performance indicators to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Informatics, or a related field, or bring relevant work experience.
- Bring some years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the Gaming or Payments industry.
- Possess experience in implementing and optimising processes across business units.
- Fluent English language skills are essential.
- Demonstrate excellent business and commercial acumen with strong analytical skills.
- Exhibit strong collaboration, ownership, and resilience, with a customer-centric approach.
Nice to have
- German language skills would be beneficial.
- A background in a Product or experienced Customer Operations role within the gaming industry.
