What you will do

• Take full ownership of assigned processes, building a deep understanding of their purpose, steps, and stakeholders.
• Spot bottlenecks and uncover opportunities to make processes faster, smarter, and more effective.
• Design and document detailed process maps that set the benchmark for best practice.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and business functions to align requirements and ensure smooth implementation.
• Track key performance indicators to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Informatics, or a related field, or bring relevant work experience.
• Bring some years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the Gaming or Payments industry.
• Possess experience in implementing and optimising processes across business units.
• Fluent English language skills are essential.
• Demonstrate excellent business and commercial acumen with strong analytical skills.
• Exhibit strong collaboration, ownership, and resilience, with a customer-centric approach.

Nice to have

• German language skills would be beneficial.
• A background in a Product or experienced Customer Operations role within the gaming industry.
