Release Train Engineer (Sales & Service)

What you will do

• Secure collaboration within the Sales & Service Value Stream and Group Digital.
• Coach teams and stakeholders in agile ways of working to ensure flow and remove impediments.
• Drive transformation within the Agile Release Train (ART) and across the organization.
• Secure transparency, identify bottlenecks, and optimize flow for continuous improvement.
• Ensure best technical and delivery practices are utilized in relevant areas.

Requirements

• 5+ years proven experience as a Scrum Master or other agile roles in IT.
• Strong knowledge about agile frameworks, for example Scrum and SAFe.
• Full English proficiency is a must.
• Strong coaching and collaboration skills.
• Ability to see the big picture, self-motivated, and effectively prioritize.

Nice to have

• Technical background with a good understanding of software development.
• Experience from backlog management and metrics, specifically Microsoft Azure DevOps.
