What you will do

• Implement graphical UI designs and mock-ups into functional UI, transitions and animations.
• Polish UI prototypes to AAA level with attention to detail, especially with compliance, accessibility, and layout.
• Develop UI architecture using in-engine data and scripting.
• Collaborate with other teams in the development of UI processes, tools, and workflows.
• Iterate and evolve UI related systems/functionality based on user feedback.
• Develop and create user interface screens, transitions, animations, and VFX.

Requirements

• Knowledge of game engines and programming languages (e.g., Unreal, C++).
• A keen eye for ‘good’ UI, readability, usability and consistency.
• Understanding of hierarchy and layout design principles.
• Has shipped or worked with at least 1 game.

Nice to have

• Experience creating UI code/systems for limited platforms (VR/mobile/consoles).
• Experience with AAA titles.
