What you will do

• Develop and execute detailed manual test plans and test cases for the hirify.global Web app.
• Perform hands-on manual testing across various browsers and devices.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to identify, reproduce, isolate, and document defects.
• Maintain clear and organized QA documentation, including test cases and test reports.
• Participate in Agile workflows, embedding QA throughout the development lifecycle.
• Execute regression testing and release validation to ensure product quality and stability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in manual QA testing, with a strong focus on Web applications.
• Strong understanding of QA fundamentals including test planning, test case design, and bug reporting.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with bug tracking/project management systems like Jira or Linear.
• Experience using browser developer tools to assist with debugging.

Nice to have

• Experience with accessibility testing and familiarity with WCAG guidelines.
• Familiarity with text-to-speech technologies or audio-based products.
• Exposure to test automation tools.
• Experience validating APIs using tools like Postman.
