What you will do

• Create clear game design documentation for game developers.
• Lead design sessions and workflow practices to streamline productivity.
• Collaborate with designers to create thrilling audience experiences.
• Provide direction to overall gameplay ideas and make key decisions.
• Manage sprint design planning and resources across projects.
• Merge dispersed game design elements into a cohesive plan.

Requirements

• 2+ years of industry experience as a Game Designer.
• A comprehensive reel/website demonstrating capabilities.
• Ability to own initiatives from start to finish while collaborating within a team.
• Detail-oriented game professional specializing in game design principles.
• Communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical people.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience with single-player, MMORPG quest, and multiplayer expressions.
• Experience working on products in development.
• Puzzle and quest design experience.
• Ability to resolve storyline plots.
• An experienced gamer.
• Basic 2D / 3D concept skills.
• Experience in presenting your ideas.
