Sales Development Representative (AI-Powered QA Automation): Owning the top of the funnel by building outbound strategies and qualifying leads for an AI-powered QA automation product. Focus on achieving rapid user adoption, creating a repeatable playbook, and scaling B2B sales operations.

Location: Hybrid, must be based in Limassol, Cyprus.

hirify.global’ Innovation Hub is an internal startup incubator building Qure, an AI-powered assistant for web testers.

What you will do

  • Own the top of the sales funnel, including outbound, qualification, and lead generation.
  • Build targeted lists of Automation QAs using tools like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
  • Run and A/B test outbound sequences across various channels, including LinkedIn.
  • Design qualification gates to filter leads effectively.
  • Reach 20+ weekly active, ICP-qualified users who provide direct feedback to engineering.
  • Document effective strategies into a repeatable sales playbook.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with 0-to-1 outbound for an early-stage devtool, QA tool, or similar product.
  • Demonstrated cold outbound results, not dependent on warm inbound.
  • Ability to credibly discuss QA automation challenges like flaky tests, CI pain, and different testing frameworks.
  • Strong written communication skills for crafting effective messages.
  • Work in a hybrid format from the Limassol, Cyprus office.

Nice to have

  • QA or SDET background.
  • Exposure to security/compliance objections.
  • Content creation skills (e.g., LinkedIn engagement).
  • Experience as one of the first 10 employees at a startup.
