Your Responsibilities:
🔹Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, as well as onboard new ones
🔹Act as the main point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration
🔹Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and growth
🔹Coordinate with internal teams to solve operational issues
Your Experience:
✔️2+ years of experience in BDM / Sales / Account Management / Customer Success
✔️Experience or understanding of performance/digital marketing
✔️Fluent English
✔️Fluent Russian (Fluency in a any other language would be an advantage)
✔️Strong communication skills
✔️Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
