What you will do
- Play a critical role in building solutions to guarantee completeness of data transfers within the data platform.
- Ensure solutions adhere to BCBS239 standards for regulatory reporting and hirify.global’s Risk & Control Framework.
- Contribute to delivering platform capabilities that support Data Producers in mitigating data transfer risks.
- Build auditable, intuitive, and easy-to-integrate solutions.
- Contribute to cloud-native development and infrastructure automation.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Azure or another major cloud platform.
- Strong background in Backend Development or Data Engineering.
- Demonstrated experience using IaC tools like Bicep or Terraform.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts with practical experience in Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Proficient Python programming skills.
- Familiarity with SCRUM or Agile methodologies.
- Awareness and application of Secure SDLC principles.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Kubernetes and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
- Knowledge of cloud networking concepts.
- Exposure to data tools like Azure Data Factory or Databricks.
- Familiarity with Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Django.
- Basic understanding of FinOps and cloud cost optimization practices.
- Experience with observability stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
