What you will do

• Collect, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
• Map current and future business processes, identifying automation and standardization opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and cooperate with cross-functional teams.
• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.
• Ensure data mapping, reconciliation, and reporting design accuracy.
• Maintain clear documentation of all requirements, changes, and decisions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, SQL).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and process modeling (BPMN, UML, flowcharts).
• Familiarity with automation technologies (RPA tools).
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools.
• Russian language is a must.
