What you will do

• Lead research and strategy for secure AI agent identity, developing deep expertise in relevant identity management, authentication, and authorization standards.
• Define the vision and roadmap for hirify.global’s AI agent identity, ensuring solutions meet industry standards for authentication, authorization, lifecycle, and governance.
• Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product direction.
• Collaborate closely with other Product Managers and cross-functional units to leverage existing assets and address Agentic AI challenges.
• Move fast, iterate, and adapt quickly to new requirements and opportunities in a rapidly evolving domain.
• Prioritize high-impact deliveries that address urgent customer pain points.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or other relevant experience.
• Deep understanding of Agentic AI.
• Experience with protocols such as MCP and A2A, or a strong ability to self-learn and master new technical domains.
• Proven ability to define product vision and roadmap in a fast-moving, emerging space.
• Strong collaboration skills and high technical aptitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills (mainly in English).

Nice to have

• Background in identity and access management (IAM).
• Background in Agentic AI development.
• Experience with AI technologies and data analysis.
• Experience in information security.
• BSc in computer-science/engineering, or 2-4 years hands-on experience in software development.
