What you will do

• Collect, prioritize, and communicate product requirements, defining product features and managing the roadmap.
• Engage with customers, partners, and analysts to convey product strategy and collect feedback.
• Collaborate closely with R&D teams to track progress and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
• Conduct product and market research, identifying improvements and new opportunities.
• Support product marketing with go-to-market campaigns and produce technical presentations.
• Learn complex technological domains to address customer requirements for advanced solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management or relevant experience.
• Knowledge of SaaS solutions development best practices (Multi-Tenant, Data Privacy, Telemetry and adoption measurement, Cost, etc.).
• Proven technical skills and self-learning ability, capable of thoroughly understanding complex systems.
• Experience working with Sales, pre-sales, post-sales engineers, Support, and Customer Success.
• Experience working closely with R&D, understanding technical solutions, and contributing to R&D work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills (mainly in English).

Nice to have

• Experience in information security.
• BSc in computer science/engineering, or 3-5 years hands-on experience in software development.
