• Develop and execute high-performance Meta ad creatives.
• Write clear, actionable briefs for designers and editors.
• Collaborate with project managers and the marketing team to ensure creative success.
• Analyze A/B test data to optimize ads and drive conversions.
• Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on Meta ad trends.
• Copywrite compelling ad copy optimized for sales and lead generation.

Requirements

• Have 3+ years of experience in performance-driven creative roles, with a focus on Meta ads.
• Have a portfolio showcasing successful U.S. market Meta campaigns.
• Have a strong understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR).
• Have a creative and analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent English skills and ability to adapt to the U.S. market.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for pushing creative boundaries.
