What you will do
- Provide basic sales and technical support to customers and partners.
- Manage incoming calls and emails to expected quality and quantity standards.
- Solve basic customer issues.
- Delegate complex problems to responsible teams.
- Cooperate with higher-level customer support teams.
Requirements
- Fluent in Swedish OR Danish (C1-C2 level).
- Good spoken and written English (ideally B2).
- Be an active OS Windows user.
- Have focus on meeting goals.
- Speak in a professional tone of voice.
- Show ownership and sense of responsibility for your tasks.
Nice to have
- Fluent Slovak language.
- Previous experience with customer support or assistance.
