What you will do

• Validate incoming signals and intelligence outputs for accuracy, relevance, and completeness.
• Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative research across fraud prevention, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and trust and safety.
• Refine and maintain the Living Graph's taxonomy and ontology across domain areas.
• Layer expert commentary and strategic context across Command dashboards, GTM battlecards, and market briefings.
• Conduct interviews, analyst briefings, and buyer demand surveys with senior executives, market experts, and vendor teams.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies, and build clear data visualizations.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to ensure your domain expertise directly improves how the Living Graph and Large Domain Models reason about fraud, cybersecurity, compliance, and trust and safety.
• Manage multiple concurrent research projects with strict deadlines and minimal supervision

Requirements

• Strong foundation in research, consulting, market intelligence, or a related analytical discipline.
• Demonstrated experience or deep interest in one or more of: fraud prevention, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, or trust and safety.
• Comfortable conducting both qualitative and quantitative analysis, building data visualizations, and engaging with senior executives.
• Ability to write clearly, think rigorously, and manage your own workload without needing direction.

Nice to have

• Experience building and maintaining knowledge repositories, taxonomies, or structured research databases.
• Familiarity with investment and market intelligence tools (PitchBook, Crunchbase, or similar).
• Background in hypothesis-driven research methodologies.
• Prior experience in fraud prevention, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, trust and safety, or adjacent regulated markets in an analytical or advisory capacity.
