What you will do

• Build and scale end-to-end AI-native recommendation models using generative AI/ML.
• Create scalable, data-driven mechanisms to identify critical and urgent seller challenges through scientific modeling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to transform business insights into rigorous scientific solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab).
• 4+ years of data scientist experience.
• Experience with statistical models (e.g., multinomial logistic regression).

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience with data visualization using AWS QuickSight, Tableau, or R Shiny.
• Experience managing data pipelines.
• Experience as a leader and mentor on a data science team.
