What you will do

• Operationalize PR agency engagement, coordinate scheduling, drive meetings, and optimize workflows across multiple agencies.
• Develop comprehensive communications materials including briefing documents, speaking/award abstracts, media pitches, and integrated communications plans.
• Manage the corporate speaking program, including employee requests for external speaking and vendor endorsement approvals.
• Lead the awards submission process from end-to-end, maintaining trackers and amplifying recognition.
• Research media trends, competitor news, and identify compelling stories for media strategy development.
• Support customer storytelling efforts by sourcing, interviewing, and maintaining a library of approved narratives.
• Organize the editorial calendar for customer-focused PR initiatives and monitor media coverage, preparing regular reports.

Requirements

• 5 years of direct PR experience with some experience at a PR agency.
• Ability to drive communications workstreams with little oversight and connect dots across teams.
• Knowledge of media relations best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and program management skills with attention to detail.
