What you will do

• Strategically enrich content (Onsite, Linkbuilding, GEO) by auditing existing assets, designing high-impact acquisition strategies, and developing strategies for AI-generated search experiences.
• Generate new growth ideas, utilizing the expertise of the Onsite and Linkbuilding Team Leads.
• Act as a subject matter expert during weekly operations meetings, guiding the direction of current tasks and optimizing the team's approach.
• Monitor performance trends using Google Search Console and third-party tools to measure the success of initiatives based on traffic impact and visibility growth.

Requirements

• Proven strategic experience: 5+ years in an SEO Strategist position, with a portfolio of specific strategies that led to measurable growth.
• Demonstrated understanding and proven results of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
• Expert proficiency in Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMRush, and Screaming Frog.
• Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex SEO concepts to C-level stakeholders.
• Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable vetting ideas with operational leads to ensure they are actionable.
