Location: Hyderabad, India. Expected to work from the office at least four days per week for employees within a 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location starting January 26, 2026.

What you will do

• Craft vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative features in Bing and Microsoft.
• Be a thought-leader, owning and growing product feature areas based on industry trends.
• Deliver finely crafted experiences to delight hundreds of millions of consumers worldwide.
• Drive growth in product adoption and deliver business impact (DAU, product quality, revenue).
• Partner with Design, Marketing, Business Development, and Engineering to define and deliver capabilities.
• Collaborate effectively across organizations to manage stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Envision and implement growth and distribution strategies for product feature areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years experience in product management or software development.
• Proven ability in conceptualizing and building products loved by users.
• Strong business and strategic sense to maximize product market fit.
• Experience in growing mature products, including international expansion.
• Ability to energize and influence, drive clarity of goals, and deliver continuous impact.
• Experience establishing strong partnerships and engaging with communities for consumer products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with customers & stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
• 2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market.
• 4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience.
• 4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience.
• Experience in launching v0/v1 products.
