Senior Product Manager (AI Workload and Infrastructure Management): Defining the strategy and roadmap for AI infrastructure and workload management within hirify.global Cloud Manager, with an accent on reducing the complexity of deploying, operating, and scaling LLMs and enterprise AI workloads. Focus on architecting product vision for AI, conducting market research, and coordinating cross-functional teams to drive execution.

Location: Hybrid, primarily based out of our Bangalore office, where you will be expected to be in the office three days a week.

What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the NCM platform and features, specifically focusing on AI infrastructure and workload management.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify new opportunities and validate product ideas.
• Partner closely with engineering and design to translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and sales enablement materials.
• Define and track key product metrics to measure success, inform future decisions, and iterate on the product.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive roadmap execution and provide customer advocacy for NCM and related offerings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on enterprise software or SaaS products.
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise AI workload management, AI infrastructure management, LLMOps, or related GenAI technology.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML use cases including model training, fine-tuning, inferencing, RAG, and agentic AI workloads.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience with machine learning, data science, analytics-driven products, and public/private cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Nice to have

• An MBA or a Master's degree in a technical discipline.
