Salary: $158,400 – $258,000 per year (for New York City metropolitan area).

What you will do

• Build secure, efficient platform services to detect and prevent compute abuse, ensuring legitimate workloads get needed GPU/CPU resources.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and product teams to design scalable, reliable, and maintainable abuse-prevention systems.
• Deliver production-quality code iteratively, developing tools, dashboards, and automation to monitor and mitigate wasted or malicious compute usage.
• Ensure AI workloads run efficiently and fairly, balancing throughput, latency, and priority across shared resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience.
• Proficiency in coding languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, and/or Rust.
• Strong collaboration skills with proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Skilled at designing and operating reliable, high-performance systems and writing clean, maintainable, and secure code.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms, ML frameworks, APIs, and large-scale compute clusters, including monitoring, scheduling, and resource optimization.
