What you will do

• Shape and operate hirify.global’s in-house AI search engine, processing over 1 billion daily queries.
• Build and maintain foundational systems for fast, reliable, and intelligent interactions at massive scale.
• Design, build, and operate backend infrastructure including deployment automation and observability.
• Ensure performance, stability, and reliability of a globally distributed platform.
• Collaborate effectively within an ownership-driven team culture.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in computer science, including algorithms, data structures, concurrency, and systems design.
• Experience building and scaling high-traffic, high-availability backend systems.
• Experience designing and operating backend infrastructure (deployment automation, capacity planning, observability).
• Comfortable working across different layers of the stack, from performance-critical code to production operations.
• English: B2 required
