TL;DR

Software Engineer II (AI): Contributing to the development of robust, distributed, and performance-optimized systems for hirify.global Shopping with an accent on AI, LLMs, and LLM-based agents. Focus on enhancing platform scalability, data modeling, and workflow automation.

Location: Multiple Locations, Egypt. Starting January 26, 2026, hirify.global AI employees who live within a 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week.

What you will do

Work with stakeholders to determine user requirements for features.
Support identification of dependencies and development of design documents.
Create and implement code for products, services, or features, reusing code where applicable.
Assist in breaking down work items into tasks and provide estimations.
Monitor system/product features/services for degradation, downtime, or interruptions and recommend actions for restoration.
Proactively seek new knowledge to improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of products.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
2+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience.
Ability to meet hirify.global, customer, and government security screening requirements, including the hirify.global Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Nice to have

Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
3+ years technical engineering experience with coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience; OR Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years.
