What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain reproducible machine learning models for production environments.
• Build advanced models to predict user engagement patterns, including retention and activity frequency.
• Develop Uplift models to measure the incremental impact of business interventions.
• Improve and scale next-best-action (NBA) engines to enhance personalized user experiences.
• Lead the statistical design and analysis of A/B testing to validate model performance and business hypotheses.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Data Science with a deep understanding of Supervised/Unsupervised learning, including Regression, Boosting, Clustering.
• Advanced Python proficiency (Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn) for feature engineering, model selection, and pipeline optimization.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and structuring data from large-scale databases.
• Ability to leverage Tableau to communicate complex analytical results through interactive dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related).
• CV must be submitted in English.
