What you will do

• Work on AI and Machine Learning projects hosted in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Solve advanced ML challenges like forecasting, churn modeling, and segmentation.
• Build solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) for text generation, summarization, and conversational AI.
• Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines from EDA, feature engineering, and model training to deployment.
• Work with speech, text, image, and video analytics problems.
• Lead projects from the technical side, supporting delivery excellence.

Requirements

• Commercial experience in Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence or a PhD in this field.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Platform (AWS or GCP is a big plus).
• Very good knowledge of Python and solid understanding of SQL.
• Strong theoretical background in machine learning and understanding of LLM concepts.
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to mentor junior team members.
• Fluent English and Polish required.
