We are Getgems, a part of The Open Platform (TOP) dedicated to building experimental and innovative projects on the Telegram Mini App and Bot platform.

Responsibilities:

🌸Focus on DevOps, with a share of SRE responsibilities to ensure reliability, security and performance.
🌸Maintain and evolve our AWS infrastructure using IaC tools in a GitOps way — we use Flux and OpenTofu.
🌸Collaborate with developers on infra-related tasks and support them with guidance and documentation.
🌸Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for our monorepo — we use GitHub Actions and moonrepo.
🌸Ensure observability, participate in incident handling — we use almost the full Grafana OSS stack.

Requirements:

💦Agile mindset, adaptability and focus on continuous improvement.
💦5+ years of background as DevOps/SRE.
💦3+ years of hands-on work with cloud ecosystems, with a strong focus on Kubernetes.
💦Proficient in GitOps practices and Infrastructure as Code.
💦Skilled in building end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.
💦Experience with at least one observability stack.
