What you will do

• Design and develop landing pages to effectively communicate marketing campaigns and engage the target audience.
• Ensure all landing pages are optimized for functionality, usability, and visual aesthetics across all devices and platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align web designs with campaign narratives and goals.
• Conduct regular testing and updates to landing pages to ensure effectiveness and modernity.
• Utilize design tools, including Adobe Suite and Figma, to create high-quality designs.
• Maintain consistency in design across all web pages, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of landing pages and make adjustments based on visitor interaction and feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve web presence.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful landing page designs.
• At least 3-4 years working in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
• Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Applicants must have legal authorization to work in Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Understanding of front-end development web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
