What you will do

  • Create high-quality 3D models for environments, props, and other game assets.
  • Collaborate with art and development teams to meet technical and aesthetic requirements.
  • Develop and refine textures, materials, and shaders for desired visual quality.
  • Optimize models and assets for performance without compromising visual quality.
  • Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to 3D modeling and asset integration.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to improve asset creation quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in 3D modeling, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush).
  • Strong understanding of organic and inorganic modeling techniques.
  • Experience with texturing, UV mapping, and creating high-quality materials and shaders.
  • Familiarity with game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) and their asset pipelines.
  • Experience with animation and rigging, and knowledge of PBR workflows and procedural texturing.
  • Previous experience in mobile game development.
