What you will do

• Create and execute social media campaigns and manage daily content across major platforms.
• Build and engage the player community through interactive content, user-generated content, and communication across social channels.
• Develop relationships with content creators and influencers.
• Lead social strategy for gaming content, including content packaging, hook writing, RSS, and automation.
• Use analytics and test-and-learn approaches to optimize audience growth and engagement.
• Support live events, virtual events, and cross-functional content initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in digital media, social media, content creation, or curation is preferred.
• Knowledge of major social platforms, including Discord, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok.
• Knowledge of video games, competitive gaming, serious games, and gaming culture.
• Experience creating content such as streams and videos.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in person and remotely.

Nice to have

• Editorial, design, content, or social media experience in video games.
• Experience as a gamer with knowledge of preferred game genres.
• Portfolio of relevant work.
• Multilingual ability.
