hirify.global is seeking a talented UX Designer to join their international design team and help shape intuitive, meaningful digital experiences.

What you will do

• Take ownership of projects, proactively coordinating with team members in different time zones while managing tasks and deadlines.
• Present design work to stakeholders using well-crafted deliverables such as wireframes, clickable prototypes, or concept presentations.
• Leverage and contribute to the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across mobile and web products.
• Clearly communicate and present design concepts, rationale, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze user insights through research to inform design decisions and ensure solutions meet real user needs.
• Design intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling user interfaces that align with UX and UI best practices.

Requirements

• Degree in UX/UI design, Product design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a mid-level (3-5 years) UX designer, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and strong knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and usability principles.
• Solid understanding of mobile design principles, including responsive design, adaptive layout, and mobile platform guidelines (iOS, Android).
• Capability to independently conduct thorough research and experience with prototyping.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international environment, adapting to changing business requirements.
• Well-versed in European companies and solutions.
