Technical Recruiter Betby.com
Betby is a global high-load B2B sports betting platform. We are looking for a Recruiter to join our HR team in Barcelona (or Remote in Spain) to drive our technical growth.
📍 Offices in Barcelona 🇪🇸, Riga 🇱🇻, and Budva 🇲🇪. (Office / Hybrid / Remote)
Languages: English (Upper-intermediate+). Ukrainian/Russian is a big plus.
The Role:
• Full-cycle recruitment for tech roles (Backend, QA, DevOps, Product, Data).
• Partnering with hiring managers and C-level to shape talent strategy.
• Improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Sourcing and building long-term talent pipelines.
What we’re looking for:
• 3+ years in full-cycle IT recruitment.
• Solid track record hiring for Eng, QA, DevOps, and Product roles.
• Deep understanding of tech stacks (Python, Scala, JS, etc.).
• Ability to manage the entire process independently.
