We develop a distributed information and analytical system that provides oncologists with the necessary data for diagnosis and personalized treatment of patients. Position Summary We are looking for a IT Support Engineer to join the IT Operations and Support team, with a focus on supporting and operating the company’s IT systems and infrastructure in the Public Cloud. This role requires strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of cloud fundamentals, and good communication skills for interacting with colleagues and users. The role requires experience in operating and supporting various IT systems in modern Public Clouds, the ability to work effectively in a team, and to resolve issues promptly. Skills in building efficient interaction processes with different departments and teams will also be valuable. Job responsibilities:
Administrate Google Workspace, JumpCloud (MDM), Atlassian products, and other cloud-based IT systems of the company;
Administrate users' Windows and Mac workstations (installing OS, troubleshooting, installation of necessary software);
Administrate AWS, including management of IAM, S3 buckets;
Ensuring configuration compliance with security requirements and operational standards;
Participation in the automation of routine operations and continuous improvement of support processes;
Processes documentation and improvement of internal guidelines and instructions;
IT support for office and internal IT systems, including internal network, VPN, antivirus, and other related services;
Monitoring, initial analysis, and triage of incidents, including prompt diagnostics to restore the availability of the company’s IT systems;
Collaboration with other departments to escalate incidents when necessary.
Required qualifications:
Experience administering Windows and macOS (Linux experience is a plus);
Solid understanding of computer networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN), including Wi-Fi;
Fluent English (minimum B1) and Russian — required for communication with colleagues and working with documentation;
Strong problem-solving skills;
Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn and work with new technologies;
Willingness to travel to the US.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of core AWS services: IAM, S3, EC2, RDS;
Experience with Google Workspace or Azure AD;
Experience with MDM solutions (Jamf, JumpCloud, or Microsoft Intune);
Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence);
Understanding of the Infrastructure as Code approach (Ansible + Terraform);
At least 2 years of experience as a System Administrator in companies with 100+ employees;
Experience working with the command line and scripting (Bash, Python).
