Senior Director Product Security (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Define and lead the enterprise-wide product security vision, strategy, priorities, and multi-year roadmap.
• Establish product security policies, standards, governance models, and risk management frameworks across product lines.
• Communicate vulnerabilities, architectural risks, trends, and mitigation options to executive leadership in business-relevant terms.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, product management, quality, legal, supply chain, and operations teams to embed security-by-design practices.
• Lead the Product Security Incident Response Team and coordinate responses to significant product security incidents.
• Oversee coordinated vulnerability disclosure, customer and partner communications, security champions, and product security leadership development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of product security experience, including leadership of enterprise initiatives.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles requiring influence across multiple organizations.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical topics to executive and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in risk management, incident response, and executive-level decision support.
• Applicants must be eligible to access technology subject to U.S. export control laws; export license review may apply.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience with semiconductor, hardware, embedded systems, or complex platform environments.
• Familiarity with NIST, ISO, coordinated vulnerability disclosure, and supply-chain security practices.
• CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification.
• Experience operating in highly matrixed, cross-functional organizations.
