What you will do

• Lead client calls and provide support for complex reward and work measurement engagements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for Gold/Platinum clients, leading job mapping sessions, product demos, and training.
• Own and execute plans for medium to large custom client projects and surveys.
• Communicate sector initiatives to Commercial and Advisory teams, providing interpretation of market compensation practices.
• Maintain data management systems (Salesforce) and develop best practices for system efficiency.
• Research, gather, and analyze data to determine appropriate salary levels for client jobs.

Requirements

• Experience in compensation and benefits administration related activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an elevated level of proficiency in Excel.
• Strong time management and project management skills.
• Experience in questionnaire design, data analysis, presentation writing, and delivery of client projects.
• Ability to handle confidential employee data.
• English: B2 required
