Focus on developing and implementing integrated solutions for the business.

What you will do

• Partner with executive leaders to translate business needs into Talent and Culture Initiatives.
• Lead strategic activities including Talent discussions, Workforce Planning, and organizational design.
• Facilitate Talent Reviews, ensuring robust development plans are in place.
• Provide coaching and counsel to leaders through complex situations.
• Analyze HR analytics and trends, translating them into actionable recommendations.
• Drive diversity and inclusion programs, fostering an inclusive workplace.

Requirements

• Experienced HR professional with a track record of success in a global, dynamic organization.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR or organization development roles.
• Proven track record of implementing successful organization development initiatives.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical capability to distill information clearly for an Executive leadership team.
• Excellent active listening, verbal, and written communication, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• MA/MS/MBA degree, PHR certification preferred
