Location: brand new offices in the center of Paris (straight out of Gare Saint-Lazare) with a hybrid remote policy.

What you will do

• Onboard and train clients to build success plans leveraging the hirify.global platform.
• Configure platform settings, create custom reports, and co-develop business logic for client specifications.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients' technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with support when needed.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on maximizing hirify.global products' value with technical SEO best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client configurations and project details.
• Address Support Level 1 requests across the Global Services team.
• Stay up-to-date with SEO and search engine technology trends and provide product feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an in-house SEO for a medium to large website or at an agency.
• Strong understanding of search engines' crawling behavior and its impact on traffic and revenue.
• Intermediate understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS.
• Exceptional analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable with technical concepts and new technology applications.

Nice to have

• Some background in project management, preferably as an SEO Program Manager or SEO Project Manager.
