What you will do

• Manage all IT functions within the Physical Security Department, including supervising Security IT manager and SOC IT lead.
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend advanced security technologies to enhance physical security capabilities.
• Oversee the procurement, deployment, and integration of complex technology solutions.
• Act as a mini-PMO for technology-related projects, providing visibility on timelines and resolving technical dependencies.
• Serve as the primary liaison with technology vendors and manage technology-related budgets and contracts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT operations and technology management.
• Strong understanding of physical security systems and integration.
• Project management skills with the ability to track and report on multiple initiatives.
• Excellent vendor management and negotiation capabilities.
• Familiarity with budgeting and procurement processes.
