What you will do

• Own and govern global Travel, Expense, and Corporate Card policy frameworks and approval architecture.
• Manage travel program governance, ensuring trip integrity and mandatory data capture.
• Design and govern global duty-of-care, risk management, and traveler protection operating models.
• Oversee global travel insurance, SOS/emergency assistance, and medical compliance.
• Drive corporate card program strategy, financial stewardship, and expense integrity.
• Act as product owner for T&E systems, automation, and data governance, while leading a small global team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in finance operations, travel and expense programs, or related governance roles.
• Proven experience owning or designing global Travel & Expense and/or corporate card programs.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, audit requirements, and multi-country complexity.
• Hands-on experience with travel, expense, and ERP systems and integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to operate through influence across Finance, HR, Security, and Procurement teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in hyper-growth or multi-entity global environments.
• Exposure to duty-of-care programs, travel risk management, or global mobility coordination.
