Devops Engineer

TL;DR

Location: Must be based within commuting distance of company hubs.

Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure in AWS.
• Enable development teams to own their systems and deliver high-impact products.
• Partner with SRE and security teams to help developers build resilient and secure applications.
• Participate in on-call and incident management as part of a "you build it, you run it" mentality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing systems in AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and tools (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.).
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Experience with containerisation and container orchestration (Docker, ECS, etc.).
• Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Python, Go, or Bash).

Nice to have

• Experience with Windows systems and .NET applications.
• Experience with serverless architectures.
• Experience with defining advanced cloud networking setups.
• Familiarity with SOC2, ISO 27001, or other compliance frameworks.
