TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Network Automation): Driving adoption, quantifying value, and building long-term strategic relationships across Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts. Focus on technical project leadership, commercial outcomes, and cross-functional coordination.

Location: Hybrid role, 2 core days in the office in Prague.

What you will do

  • Own customer success plans for Tier 1–2 accounts in partnership with a Post-Sales Solution Architect.
  • Run technical programs, coordinate SMEs and executive stakeholders, handle escalations, and map use cases.
  • Drive adoption and maturity by identifying gaps, designing action plans, and tracking progress.
  • Quantify and communicate value by capturing metrics and building consensus with customer champions.
  • Lead commercial motions, manage renewals, support procurement cycles, and uncover expansion opportunities.
  • Build relationships with key accounts and executive sponsors, relay feedback to Product, Sales, and Marketing.

Requirements

  • Technical fluency in enterprise networking concepts and comfort engaging highly technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of project leadership running multi-workstream customer programs.
  • Commercial acumen to translate technical outcomes into business value and ARR impact.
  • Executive communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer health mindset with experience building dashboards or reports.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

  • Background in network operations, network automation, or assurance platforms.
  • Experience supporting global, business-critical environments.
  • Prior work with value frameworks tied to renewals and expansion.
